The fastest way to find good music for your videos

I’m going to show you the fastest and easiest way to add music to your video project inside Premiere Pro and there are no websites needed, you can do this directly inside the project file (but I will also link the audio library that I’ve been using for years, at the bottom of this post).

The fastest way to find good music for your videos

Start by going to the project window, right-click on any empty space inside the window and click “Find Adobe Stock Audio”.

Now, in the “Essential Sound” window, you can see a list with over 80 000 songs and you can sort them based on “Mood”, “Genre”, or “Filters”.

If you have the checkbox “Timeline Sync” clicked at the bottom, you can preview any song together with the video and it will play the song and the video at the same time, from the playhead position.

When you have decided on a song, put the mouse cursor on the name of the song and click and drag the song to the timeline.

To get the license to the song so that you can legally use it, go to the project window and in the folder “Stock Audio Media”, double-click on the shopping cart icon next to the song you just added and click “Continue”.

Here you sign up ✍🏻 for the subscription you prefer or buy tokens.

If you would ever get a ⚠️ copyright claim, follow the steps in this video.

This is the audio library 🎧 I have been using myself, for years!
