Create content faster (this is how)

With the rise of AI and the abundance of tools at your disposal, speed is becoming increasingly important for content creators.
But how do you increase your production speed
without sacrificing quality or becoming a generic copycat?

Sure, I could write all my blog posts with AI. I could type a prompt into ChatGPT and generate a suitable image (or several) in Midjourney, but the question you need to ask yourself is;

What's the point? Why am I writing?

Just like some people tend to forget the word "social" in "social media" (by posting and ghosting), many people are now also starting to forget (or ignore) the word "personal" in "personal brand". But not you. 🫵 Because you know that your personality, story, approach, and unique traits are what set you apart.

You are a content creator. Not a copycat.

So how do you stay up-to-date with the latest creator tools and trends in this creative and complex industry without losing your personal touch?
By asking yourself one simple question:
"Is this tool/function making me better or just lazier?"

If I would ask ChatGPT to write my blog posts, I wouldn't learn anything.
But if I ask ChatGPT to correct my grammar, provide feedback, or suggest examples to emphasize a point, I become a better writer - as long as I take the time to review the changes and learn from them.

(For full transparency: This is exactly how I write these blog posts. And it has helped me improve my communication a lot. But I also sometimes remove complex words that I wouldn't use in a normal conversation if it doesn't sound like me. I don't want increased productivity at the cost of reduced trust-building.)

My point is this: AI isn't the player on the field; it's the coach on the sideline.
You can't expect it to perform for you if you're the one who wants to stand on that podium and receive the applause in the end.

This is how my “Personal Brand Content Kit” look like when editing inside Adobe Illustrator and after publishing to Instagram.

You want to preserve your creativity and your unique skills but combine that with time-saving tools, systems, and methods to shorten the distance from idea to finished content.

You want to reduce the friction to create content without giving up your creative control.

So, how can you do that?

Take Canva, for example. I've noticed how more and more people are using it to create content, graphics, digital products, thumbnails, and more. I think it's a great tool and a great way to get started with content production. (I use it a lot myself, especially for creating slides when recording course material.)

That said, I'm a big fan of Adobe. They have a variety of programs for different use cases and the graphic elements that you create using the programs can be saved in your library and accessed across their apps.

I can, for example, create icons (or other graphic elements) in Adobe Photoshop and access them inside Adobe Illustrator.
I can insert an Illustrator document into Adobe Premiere Pro and open it from inside Premiere Pro.
I can right-click on a video inside Premiere Pro, click "Edit in Adobe Audition" and clean up the audio (by removing the background noise for example) in a program that’s optimized for editing audio.

Using Adobe as a part of your creative toolkit gives you the ability to create a variety of content in an efficient way while making sure that the content also aligns with your specific style and your brand guidelines.
Adobe can provide you with the tools while you can come up with the ideas and add your creative touch to it.

This is why, during 2024, I developed a document in Adobe Illustrator specifically for my social media content. I was tired of creating new documents for each piece of content and trying to remember what font I used, the exact hex code for the background color, how small I can make the text while keeping it readable, what aspect ratio I needed for a certain platform, what file format etc...

So, I created a document to gather all these elements in one place.
A document where you can create and collect your brand elements, build your moodboard, have ready-to-use templates, and artboards with different aspect ratios for any type of content that you want to create.

I named this my "Personal Brand Content Kit".

My “Personal Brand Content Kit” together with my other digital products

If you've followed me on social media in 2024, you've seen the content I've created using this document and how consistent I've been with the style of my content. This kit made it possible and that's why I decided to package it into a digital product, for you to download and use. If it helps me, it can help you as well!

And as a reader of this blog, I know that you are serious about content production.

You might have seen the banner on my YouTube channel where it says that I'm aiming to help 100 000 content creators and this product is just one of many ways for me to reach that goal.

It took me countless hours to put this kit together (because I continued to find things I wanted to add or improve), and you can get it for the price of a pizza 🍕.

My “content calendar” for tracking posts and comments across all my social media accounts.

You can find the product here.

I hope you'll like it and find it helpful!

Just let me know if you have any questions about the product or any ideas about what I could create to support you further as a content creator! :)

PS. The product also includes a content calendar to help you track your social media posts and comments throughout 2025. 📆
