How tiny changes can make a huge difference

Tiny improvements to your YouTube videos can make a huge difference.
Increasing the “click-through-rate” with a couple of percent is one example.
In this post, I will break down how this works.

How tiny changes can make a huge difference

There is a saying that goes “the devil is in the details” and that is very true when it comes to YouTube.

Growing a YouTube channel is a result of a lot of small improvements in a lot of different areas. At the start of your YouTube journey, you might develop fast but as you get better and better, the areas of improvement aren’t as obvious.

You need to look at every single detail and ask yourself how you can improve it. A lot of times you don’t know how and then you have to experiment. Every channel is different and even if you are following all the “best practises” you still need to adapt it to your own channel.

One detail can be to increase the amount of people who click your video (your click-through-rate) by improving and enhancing your titles and thumbnails. Another detail can be to get fewer people to leave the video by using a good hook at the start of your video.

Every aspect has to be analyzed but these small improvements will pay off.
In the video below, I will break this down with a specific example and show how small improvements of just two metrics can improve your numbers by 400%.
