How to fix no audio on track 3 and 4
If your audio doesn’t work in Adobe Premiere Pro when placing it on track 3 or 4, it might have to do with the type of sequence that you have.
This can be annoying and difficult to figure out, but the solution is actually really simple.
How to fix no audio on track 3 and 4
First, you probably have something called a “multi-channel sequence” which you can tell by looking in the “Project” window under “Audio info”.
To fix this, you can either create a new sequence where the “Mix Track Type” is “Stereo” (so basically anything except the “Broadcast”-presets)
…or, you can go up to “Window” and “Audio Track Mixer” (so not Audio Clip Mixer) and change the “Track Output Channel” (for tracks 3 and 4) to 1-2 instead of 3-4 and now it should work.
