Trying to be productive but feeling stuck?

Do you feel like you are working hard and "hustling" but not making the progress that you want?

Do you feel stressed over all your "urgent" tasks?

Do you wish you could prioritize tasks with more confidence and certainty?

Or...

Are you just doing "busy work" because your desire for everything to be "perfect" from the beginning is stopping you from taking action on the things that really matters?

Trust me. I get this feeling every day.
But compared to before, I now have systems in place for handling it.

📆🗺️ I do a monthly plan (where I only plan the weeks roughly and set the top 3 priorities of the month.)

📆🚗 I do a weekly plan (where I plan the days in more detail.)

📆🧭 I do a daily review (where I review my day, adjust the upcoming day, and set the top 3 priorities for that day.)

But how do you know WHAT to prioritize?

When you're striving for efficiency, productivity and (sometimes accidentally) perfectionism, it can be daunting to start a task without a clear process in place.

So much so, that you don't even get started. 😞
You default into the smaller and simpler tasks that you know how to do.

Thinking about the big goal we are working towards can be inspiring, but it can also be overwhelming.

Are there some bigger projects you've wanted to start for a while?

Getting that new website up and running?
Editing a showreel for your business?
Maybe posting on a new platform?
Starting a YouTube channel?
Bulk-producing content?
But you feel stuck.

First ask yourself these 3 questions:
♥️ Purpose - Do you have a strong enough reason to do it?
🗺️ Progress - Is this action taking you towards your goal?
📈 Productivity - Can you create systems for this that (over time) can increase your speed and/or decrease the time required to do it?

If you are checking all three boxes, then ask yourself:
"What is the smallest step I can take today that will move me closer to my goal?"

And after that, write down the steps you took in a document.
There you have your first process. The 1.0 version.
Start small and improve it over time.

Add, remove, sort or adjust steps of the process to optimize and streamline it over time. Time-track it to know how much time things take. Save relevant links that you need in the process document. Write down what links to open in what windows for optimal productivity. Link to your process document from your recurring tasks in your calendar, etc...

You need to open a door before you can enter a new room and see what that room has to offer. Opening the door is what creates friction, but you can't see what's in the room before you step inside. Once you are inside, things get easier. The same thing goes for big projects.

Don't start big complex projects with the goal of being productive.
Focus on creating a habit for working on the project and once the habit is established, you can start thinking about ways to improve the process.

MY NEW ONLINE PROGRAM:

"Streamlined Creator" launching July 1, 2024 🥳

If you want to jumpstart your YouTube journey, set the foundation for your channel and get the systems in place to grow (rather than fumbling around in the dark for years without direction), consider joining "Streamlined Creator".

I've finally decided on a starting date (1:st of July) and that is when I will close enrollment (or as soon as I fill up the 8 spots for this launch, whatever happens first).

If this sounds interesting, book a 30-min Discovery Call and I'll share all the details with you!

The call is completely free and you will get insights into my own channel growth and be presented with a launch price at the end that you won't find anywhere else (and it is the lowest price it will ever be since I'm launching it for the first time, so take advantage of this opportunity!).
